Great answers. Although sometimes it can be annoying to answer same questions, we must learn how to bear with it. We must understand that most of our clients are just trying to make sure we are the best choice for their cases.

Patty

Yesterday our dog was on a runner and leash and a dog unleashed ran from where the owner was, jumped into our yard and attacked our dog. The owner upon hearing them fighting came running and tried to pull his dog off. His dog either pulled our dog hard enough OR our dog tried escaping but the leash ripped in half allowing our dog to try and run , only to be still attached to the dogs mouth...My husband tried to get our dog when the other dog bit my husbands finger and finally let go of our dog....His dog didnt appear hurt while ours was obviously hurt when patted and later we found bite holes..Ours is eating barely and rinking water... His dog was a pit bull and ours a small beagle.. What are our rights ?
