I have a question about your blog on deposition. If someone was recently injuried in a serious collision and the insurer's adjuster requests a four year old record about a minor accident where you receive only two weeks of treatment because you were healed and there were no other records of treatment. Would you give them the therapy notes or withhold it until a court orders a subpoena?

This is just so informative, you have cited very good points on personal injury and plaintiffs. I have definitely learned a lot, thank you so much for sharing!

It is just wonderful ideas that have been shared. Really it is necessary to be calm and quiet during trial or else the suspect may be you filing a wrong lawsuit. Being a fearless will enable us to face the consequences of the lawsuit. It is a hundred percent true that we should be cool and the defense should be in tense, it is who to take tension not me.
